Prices
The listed prices include statutory VAT for EU countries. Shipping costs are not included and are shown separately. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, we do not charge VAT. Instead, customs duties and import taxes may be charged in the destination country, which will be invoiced to you by the shipping carrier.
Shipping
Delivery is usually made by UPS, and in some cases also by DHL. International deliveries are made according to our shipping cost table. Deliveries to countries that are not included in the shipping cost table are available on request.
Fast
Once we receive your payment before 1 p.m. by advance bank transfer, PayPal or credit card, and for orders placed cash on delivery, the goods are usually shipped the same day. You can find an overview of the payment options here. The bank details for payment by advance bank transfer are listed on the payment page and in your order confirmation.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days – and we add another 16 days on top. This means you can withdraw from your purchase easily within 30 days, and if it takes a few days longer, that is no problem either. We do not cover shipping costs for returns from outside the EU.
Returns
For returns that can be sent as parcels, we will conveniently arrange collection from you within the EU – just let us know. We will organize the return shipment by UPS for you and cover the costs within the EU. If you prefer to return the goods yourself by post, we will also reimburse you for the standard shipping costs by prior agreement.
Three-Year Warranty
G66 gives you a comprehensive three-year guarantee on all verifiable material or manufacturing defects – transferable and a full year more than required by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected – our guarantee simply comes on top. After the guarantee period has expired, G66's generous goodwill policy also applies.

In the event of a guarantee claim or defect, we cover the cost of return shipping within the EU during the first two years. The easiest option is for us to arrange collection by UPS – then you do not have to take care of anything. If you send the goods back yourself by post, we will also reimburse you for the standard costs. Please just check with us briefly beforehand, and we will make it work.
Final Provisions
German law applies. As a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection granted to you by the mandatory laws of your home country. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
